y CLAD se unen para promover la cooperaci\u00f3n latinoamericana y apoyar el logro de los ODS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El convenio de cooperaci&oacute;n fue suscrito el martes 27 de noviembre de 2018 por el Secretario Permanente del SELA, Embajador Javier Paulinich y el Secretario General del CLAD, Doctor Francisco Vel&aacute;zquez, en la ciudad de Caracas durante la etapa ministerial de la XLIV reuni&oacute;n ordinaria del consejo latinoamericano del SELA.<\/p>\n<p>Las partes podr&aacute;n llevar a cabo las actividades conjuntas a nivel t&eacute;cnico e institucional principalmente: a) Organizar reuniones, seminarios, talleres o foros tendientes a difundir el conocimiento y asesor&iacute;as en materia de cooperaci&oacute;n internacional, regional y mejoramiento de pol&iacute;ticas p&uacute;blicas. b) Realizar intercambios profesionales y acordar estudios de investigaci&oacute;n sobre los temas que se consideren oportunos para contribuir a atender los objetivos de cada uno.<\/p>\n<p>El Sistema Econ&oacute;mico Latinoamericano y del Caribe (SELA) es un organismo intergubernamental regional que busca concertar estrategias econ&oacute;micas comunes y de cooperaci&oacute;n entre sus 26 Estados miembros y el Centro Latinoamericano de Administraci&oacute;n para el Desarrollo (CLAD) es un organismo internacional orientado a promover el an&aacute;lisis y el intercambio de experiencias y conocimientos en torno a la reforma del Estado y la modernizaci&oacute;n de la Administraci&oacute;n P&uacute;blica, como factor estrat&eacute;gico para el proceso de
