{"id":73708,"date":"2026-09-21T07:23:09","date_gmt":"2026-09-21T10:23:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=73708"},"modified":"2026-09-21T18:52:13","modified_gmt":"2026-09-21T21:52:13","slug":"cnc-respalda-precio-unico-del-diesel-en-bolivia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/cnc-respalda-precio-unico-del-diesel-en-bolivia\/","title":{"rendered":"CNC respalda precio \u00fanico del di\u00e9sel en Bolivia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>C\u00e1mara Nacional de Comercio (CNC) de Bolivia<\/strong> respald\u00f3 el precio \u00fanico del di\u00e9sel establecido tras la eliminaci\u00f3n de la subvenci\u00f3n estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La posici\u00f3n fue difundida luego de la entrada en vigencia del <strong>Decreto Supremo 5716<\/strong>, que fij\u00f3 inicialmente el combustible en <strong>Bs 17,95 por litro<\/strong>. La norma reemplaz\u00f3 el esquema anterior y estableci\u00f3 un mecanismo basado en el Precio de Paridad de Importaci\u00f3n (PPI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CNC sostuvo que el precio \u00fanico corrige la distorsi\u00f3n generada por el sistema de precios diferenciados. Seg\u00fan la entidad, ese esquema pod\u00eda generar incentivos para el desv\u00edo y la comercializaci\u00f3n irregular del combustible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la organizaci\u00f3n empresarial se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la medida no resuelve por s\u00ed sola los desaf\u00edos del abastecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, pidi\u00f3 al Gobierno garantizar la <strong>disponibilidad continua de di\u00e9sel en todo el pa\u00eds<\/strong>. La CNC tambi\u00e9n reclam\u00f3 mayor transparencia sobre la estructura utilizada para determinar el precio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Decreto Supremo 5716 establece un mecanismo de ajuste vinculado a referencias internacionales. La metodolog\u00eda considera el precio del di\u00e9sel, transporte, almacenamiento, tributos y otros costos asociados a la importaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La norma contempla una banda de ajuste de <strong>\u00b15%<\/strong>. El Ministerio de Hidrocarburos y Energ\u00edas debe reglamentar este mecanismo y publicar la estructura de costos correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Impacto sobre las empresas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La CNC se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el cambio tendr\u00e1 un impacto significativo sobre las empresas que anteriormente acced\u00edan al di\u00e9sel a Bs 9,80 por litro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entidad anunci\u00f3 que realizar\u00e1 un seguimiento mensual sobre los efectos del nuevo precio. El an\u00e1lisis abarcar\u00e1 transporte, producci\u00f3n, comercio y precios al consumidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, pidi\u00f3 que la transici\u00f3n contemple medidas destinadas a reducir el impacto sobre las empresas formales y las familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la organizaci\u00f3n empresarial, el nuevo esquema debe acompa\u00f1arse de reglas previsibles y acceso regular al combustible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CNC reiter\u00f3 adem\u00e1s su disposici\u00f3n a participar t\u00e9cnicamente en la implementaci\u00f3n del nuevo mecanismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Decreto Supremo 5716 entr\u00f3 en vigencia despu\u00e9s de su promulgaci\u00f3n el 18 de septiembre.
