La falta de di\u00e9sel limita las operaciones de los buses interdepartamentales, mientras Boliviana de Aviaci\u00f3n (BoA) mantiene 10 aeronaves operativas de una flota de 19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La aerol\u00ednea estatal reconoce una sobredemanda en el mercado. Seg\u00fan su \u00e1rea de comunicaci\u00f3n, los vuelos nacionales registran factores de ocupaci\u00f3n superiores al 90% y existe cerca de un <strong>20% de demanda sin atender<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La menor oferta tambi\u00e9n presiona las tarifas. Pasajes que anteriormente costaban entre Bs 300 y Bs 375 pueden superar actualmente los Bs 700 u Bs 800 en algunas rutas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Menos vuelos y m\u00e1s demoras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro de Obras P\u00fablicas, Mauricio Zamora, inform\u00f3 el 19 de agosto que BoA dispon\u00eda de 10 aeronaves operativas. Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta capacidad resulta insuficiente frente a la demanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta mediados de agosto se hab\u00edan registrado <strong>4.825 vuelos retrasados<\/strong>. De ese total, 747 tuvieron demoras superiores a 30 minutos y 2.751 superaron una hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otros 1.139 vuelos acumularon retrasos mayores a dos horas. Adem\u00e1s, 181 demoraron m\u00e1s de cuatro horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los datos de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Aeron\u00e1utica Civil (DGAC) muestran tambi\u00e9n una contracci\u00f3n del mercado. Entre enero y julio se transportaron <strong>2.060.786 pasajeros en vuelos dom\u00e9sticos<\/strong>, 14,9% menos que durante el mismo per\u00edodo de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Santa Cruz, La Paz y Cochabamba concentran el 72% de los pasajeros nacionales. Ante la menor disponibilidad, las agencias recomiendan comprar los boletos con al menos dos semanas de anticipaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Buses operan con capacidad reducida<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La falta de di\u00e9sel tambi\u00e9n afecta al transporte interdepartamental. Los operadores deben permanecer varios d\u00edas en filas para conseguir combustible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Silvestre Suza\u00f1o, secretario de Relaciones del Transporte Interdepartamental, el sector opera entre <strong>30% y 40% de su capacidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos transportistas esperan entre cuatro y cinco d\u00edas antes de poder realizar un viaje. Otros recurren al mercado informal, donde el di\u00e9sel puede alcanzar Bs 14 o Bs 15 por litro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La situaci\u00f3n reduce frecuencias y aumenta los tiempos de traslado. Tambi\u00e9n eleva los costos para pasajeros y operadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, la <strong>crisis de combustible en Bolivia<\/strong> est\u00e1 afectando tanto la movilidad a\u00e9rea como terrestre.
