La modificaci\u00f3n qued\u00f3 establecida mediante la <strong>Decisi\u00f3n Administrativa 26\/2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del total incorporado, <strong>$4.353,9 millones corresponden a servicios t\u00e9cnicos y profesionales<\/strong>. Otros <strong>$3.065,6 millones se destinan a equipos de computaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. As\u00ed, m\u00e1s del 40% de los recursos se concentra en equipamiento inform\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida adquiere relevancia para la <strong>Ventanilla \u00danica de Comercio Exterior (VUCE)<\/strong>. La plataforma centraliza informaci\u00f3n y tr\u00e1mites relacionados con operaciones de importaci\u00f3n, exportaci\u00f3n y tr\u00e1nsito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su objetivo incluye unificar procedimientos, reducir tiempos y costos y mejorar la interoperabilidad entre organismos. Para las cadenas log\u00edsticas, esto puede facilitar la coordinaci\u00f3n entre empresas, operadores y entidades p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Argentina ya cuenta con antecedentes sobre los efectos de la digitalizaci\u00f3n. En 2018, el Gobierno inform\u00f3 que digitalizar 80% de los tr\u00e1mites hab\u00eda reducido 65% el tiempo de los procesos y 5% sus costos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Otros pa\u00edses hacen lo suyo con la infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Otros pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n registraron avances. En Per\u00fa, la VUCE proces\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 612.000 tr\u00e1mites entre enero y octubre de 2024. Durante ese per\u00edodo, redujo 54% el tiempo promedio de atenci\u00f3n y gener\u00f3 ahorros superiores a 122 millones de soles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, en Uruguay, la digitalizaci\u00f3n de determinados tr\u00e1mites sanitarios redujo el tiempo promedio de aprobaci\u00f3n de 14 d\u00edas a 3,9 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la VUCE argentina relanz\u00f3 su portal en 2024. Actualmente permite acceder a m\u00e1s de 500 tr\u00e1mites, planificar operaciones y hacer seguimiento de gestiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la modificaci\u00f3n presupuestaria no implica un aumento neto de recursos para el \u00e1rea. Se trata de una <strong>reasignaci\u00f3n entre programas<\/strong>, compensada con reducciones en otras partidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, el Gobierno argentino tambi\u00e9n orienta recursos hacia la <strong>infraestructura tecnol\u00f3gica del comercio exterior<\/strong>.
