La herramienta busca evitar retrasos en la devoluci\u00f3n de equipos y prevenir <strong>cargos por sobreestad\u00eda y detenci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo sistema estar\u00e1 disponible para las importaciones de <strong>Latinoam\u00e9rica y Centroam\u00e9rica<\/strong>. Su puesta en marcha est\u00e1 prevista para el <strong>1 de septiembre de 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa apunta a mejorar la visibilidad de los plazos que deben cumplir los usuarios despu\u00e9s de retirar un contenedor de un recinto portuario. Con mayor anticipaci\u00f3n, los equipos de transporte podr\u00e1n coordinar la devoluci\u00f3n dentro del per\u00edodo libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Dos alertas para controlar los plazos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema D&amp;D enviar\u00e1 dos notificaciones autom\u00e1ticas relacionadas con el <strong>Last Free Date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La primera ser\u00e1 una <strong>Alerta Preventiva<\/strong>. ONE la enviar\u00e1 dos d\u00edas antes de que termine el per\u00edodo libre. El aviso permitir\u00e1 a los usuarios coordinar con sus proveedores de transporte la devoluci\u00f3n del contenedor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La segunda ser\u00e1 un <strong>Aviso Cr\u00edtico<\/strong>. Esta comunicaci\u00f3n llegar\u00e1 el mismo d\u00eda del LFD. Funcionar\u00e1 como un \u00faltimo recordatorio antes de que comiencen a generarse cargos asociados con la permanencia del equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, la naviera busca que los usuarios tengan informaci\u00f3n suficiente para anticipar la operaci\u00f3n y reducir el riesgo de costos adicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>M\u00e1s visibilidad para la operaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ONE se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la herramienta ofrecer\u00e1 <strong>mayor visibilidad operativa<\/strong> a las empresas. Tambi\u00e9n permitir\u00e1 mejorar la rotaci\u00f3n de los contenedores utilizados por la naviera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema se incorpora dentro de una operaci\u00f3n en la que los tiempos de retiro y devoluci\u00f3n pueden afectar la planificaci\u00f3n de transportistas, dep\u00f3sitos y otros actores de la cadena log\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los importadores, conocer con anticipaci\u00f3n el plazo disponible facilita la programaci\u00f3n de camiones y la coordinaci\u00f3n de los movimientos de carga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, una devoluci\u00f3n dentro del per\u00edodo establecido permite evitar <strong>demoras operativas y cargos innecesarios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida tambi\u00e9n responde a la necesidad de contar con informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s precisa sobre los tiempos asociados al uso de los equipos. En este caso, las notificaciones buscan convertir una fecha l\u00edmite en una referencia operativa para organizar la devoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el inicio del sistema el <strong>1 de septiembre<\/strong>, ONE ampliar\u00e1 as\u00ed las herramientas disponibles para sus operaciones de importaci\u00f3n en la regi\u00f3n.
