aumenta 35,5% sus exportaciones de fresa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Las <strong>exportaciones de fresa de Per\u00fa<\/strong> alcanzaron USD 21,03 millones entre enero y junio de 2026, con un crecimiento de 35,5% interanual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El resultado estuvo impulsado principalmente por el aumento de la demanda de <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong>, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n de Econom\u00eda y Negocios Globales de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Exportadores (CIEN-ADEX).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el primer semestre, Estados Unidos compr\u00f3 fresa peruana por <strong>USD 11 millones<\/strong>, un incremento de 96% frente a los USD 5,62 millones registrados en el mismo per\u00edodo de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este resultado, el mercado estadounidense concentr\u00f3 <strong>52,3% del valor total exportado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Estados Unidos concentra la demanda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de Estados Unidos, los principales destinos fueron <strong>Canad\u00e1<\/strong>, con compras por USD 4,63 millones, y <strong>Jap\u00f3n<\/strong>, con USD 2,42 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se registraron env\u00edos hacia <strong>Guatemala<\/strong>, por USD 1,03 millones, y <strong>Corea del Sur<\/strong>, con USD 823.000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La distribuci\u00f3n muestra una fuerte concentraci\u00f3n de las ventas en Norteam\u00e9rica, aunque los exportadores peruanos tambi\u00e9n mantienen presencia en mercados asi\u00e1ticos y centroamericanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>La fresa congelada domina los env\u00edos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La principal presentaci\u00f3n exportada fue la <strong>fresa congelada<\/strong>, tanto entera como en trozos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta modalidad gener\u00f3 USD 20,38 millones durante el per\u00edodo y represent\u00f3 <strong>97% del valor total exportado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cantidades menores, Per\u00fa tambi\u00e9n comercializ\u00f3 fresa deshidratada, fresca y congelada en forma de pulpa o pur\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El predominio de los productos congelados refleja la importancia de las operaciones de conservaci\u00f3n y transporte especializado para conectar la producci\u00f3n peruana con mercados internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Lima lidera las exportaciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las exportaciones de fresa estuvieron concentradas principalmente en seis regiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lima<\/strong> encabez\u00f3 el listado con USD 9,99 millones, seguida por <strong>La Libertad<\/strong>, con USD 4,25 millones, y <strong>\u00c1ncash<\/strong>, con USD 3,57 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Callao<\/strong> registr\u00f3 USD 2,15 millones, mientras que <strong>Ica<\/strong> alcanz\u00f3 USD 640.000 y <strong>Piura<\/strong>, USD 415.000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El crecimiento registrado durante el primer semestre consolida a Estados Unidos como el principal mercado para la fresa peruana y ampl\u00eda las oportunidades para los
