Lo que represent\u00f3 un crecimiento interanual del <strong>4%<\/strong>, seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo Informe Mensual de Comercio Exterior de Uruguay XXI. El desempe\u00f1o estuvo impulsado por las mayores ventas de carne bovina, celulosa y productos l\u00e1cteos; aunque la ca\u00edda de la soja limit\u00f3 un crecimiento m\u00e1s pronunciado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre enero y julio, las exportaciones acumularon <strong>US$ 7.819 millones<\/strong>, un incremento del <strong>2%<\/strong> frente al mismo per\u00edodo de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>carne bovina<\/strong> se mantuvo como el principal producto exportado; con ventas por <strong>US$ 280 millones<\/strong>, un 25% m\u00e1s que un a\u00f1o antes. El volumen exportado alcanz\u00f3 <strong>34.256 toneladas<\/strong>, un 8% superior, favorecido adem\u00e1s por precios internacionales m\u00e1s altos. China continu\u00f3 como el principal comprador, con <strong>US$ 87 millones<\/strong>, seguida por Estados Unidos, con <strong>US$ 77 millones<\/strong>; mientras Israel duplic\u00f3 sus compras hasta <strong>US$ 25 millones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Celulosa en segundo lugar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>celulosa<\/strong> ocup\u00f3 el segundo lugar con <strong>US$ 143 millones<\/strong>, un aumento del <strong>12%<\/strong>. La Uni\u00f3n Europea pas\u00f3 a liderar los destinos con <strong>US$ 61 millones<\/strong>, seguida por China con <strong>US$ 51 millones<\/strong>. Los <strong>productos l\u00e1cteos<\/strong> completaron el podio con <strong>US$ 95 millones<\/strong>; un crecimiento del <strong>31%<\/strong>, impulsados principalmente por la demanda de Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La principal incidencia negativa correspondi\u00f3 a la <strong>soja<\/strong>, cuyas exportaciones cayeron <strong>57%<\/strong>, hasta <strong>US$ 86 millones<\/strong>; debido principalmente a la menor demanda desde China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por destinos, <strong>China<\/strong> sigui\u00f3 siendo el principal mercado, aunque las ventas disminuyeron <strong>35%<\/strong>. En contraste, <strong>Brasil<\/strong> increment\u00f3 sus compras un <strong>13%<\/strong>, la <strong>Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong> registr\u00f3 un crecimiento del <strong>42%<\/strong>, mientras que <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong> aument\u00f3 sus importaciones desde Uruguay un <strong>33%<\/strong>, impulsadas por la carne bovina, la madera y los c\u00edtricos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe tambi\u00e9n destaca los primeros resultados del acuerdo <strong>Mercosur\u2013Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong>.
