La operaci\u00f3n forma parte de la estrategia de expansi\u00f3n de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en Estados Unidos y permitir\u00e1 fortalecer la presencia de <strong>CEVA Logistics<\/strong> en el mercado norteamericano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez concretada la adquisici\u00f3n, CEVA triplicar\u00e1 el tama\u00f1o de su negocio de log\u00edstica por contrato en Norteam\u00e9rica, consolidando su posici\u00f3n como uno de los principales operadores del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>La operaci\u00f3n refuerza la estrategia de expansi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La compra se suma al compromiso anunciado por CMA CGM en 2025 de invertir <strong>USD 20.000 millones<\/strong> en Estados Unidos durante cuatro a\u00f1os. El plan contempla el desarrollo de infraestructura log\u00edstica, almacenamiento, transporte a\u00e9reo de carga y servicios para la cadena de suministro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la adquisici\u00f3n, ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas prev\u00e9n establecer acuerdos comerciales de largo plazo para servicios de transporte mar\u00edtimo y carga a\u00e9rea. Estos convenios se implementar\u00e1n de manera gradual entre <strong>2026 y 2028<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente y director ejecutivo de CMA CGM, Rodolphe Saad\u00e9, afirm\u00f3 que la operaci\u00f3n fortalecer\u00e1 la presencia del grupo en Estados Unidos y contribuir\u00e1 a mejorar la resiliencia y eficiencia de las cadenas de suministro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>FedEx se concentra en su negocio principal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La venta forma parte de la estrategia de <strong>FedEx<\/strong> para enfocarse en sus operaciones de transporte y entrega de mercanc\u00edas.
