De acuerdo con las <strong>Estad\u00edsticas Mundiales de Transporte A\u00e9reo (WATS)<\/strong> publicadas por la Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Transporte A\u00e9reo (IATA), <strong>Latinoam\u00e9rica registr\u00f3 el mayor aumento de pasajeros premium del mundo<\/strong>, con un crecimiento interanual del <strong>22,1%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe recopila informaci\u00f3n de <strong>1.315 aerol\u00edneas<\/strong> y ofrece una visi\u00f3n global sobre la demanda, la oferta, la operaci\u00f3n de las compa\u00f1\u00edas a\u00e9reas, la evoluci\u00f3n de las flotas y los principales mercados del transporte a\u00e9reo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Latinoam\u00e9rica encabeza el crecimiento de los viajes premium<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante 2025, los pasajeros internacionales que viajaron en clase premium alcanzaron <strong>109,7 millones<\/strong>, un incremento de <strong>4,5%<\/strong> frente al a\u00f1o anterior. Este segmento represent\u00f3 el <strong>5,5%<\/strong> del total de viajeros internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Latinoam\u00e9rica fue la regi\u00f3n con el mayor dinamismo al sumar <strong>4 millones de pasajeros premium<\/strong>, mientras que Europa se mantuvo como el mayor mercado en volumen, con <strong>39,7 millones<\/strong> de viajeros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Norteam\u00e9rica y Oriente Medio registraron la mayor proporci\u00f3n de pasajeros premium respecto al total de viajeros, con participaciones de <strong>10,4%<\/strong> y <strong>9,5%<\/strong>, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Asia concentra las rutas m\u00e1s transitadas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala que la regi\u00f3n Asia-Pac\u00edfico domin\u00f3 el ranking de las rutas a\u00e9reas con mayor tr\u00e1fico de pasajeros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conexi\u00f3n entre los aeropuertos de <strong>Jeju y Gimpo (Se\u00fal)<\/strong> ocup\u00f3 el primer lugar mundial con <strong>13,3 millones de pasajeros<\/strong> durante 2025. En Am\u00e9rica Latina, la ruta con mayor movimiento fue <strong>Bogot\u00e1-Medell\u00edn<\/strong>, con <strong>3,5 millones de viajeros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, Estados Unidos conserv\u00f3 el liderazgo como el mayor mercado de pasajeros del mundo, con <strong>890,1 millones<\/strong>, seguido por China con <strong>776,1 millones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la flota a\u00e9rea, el <strong>Boeing 737<\/strong> continu\u00f3 siendo el avi\u00f3n m\u00e1s utilizado, con <strong>10,8 millones de vuelos<\/strong> durante 2025.
