La situaci\u00f3n responde a la reducci\u00f3n del horario de atenci\u00f3n del Complejo Fronterizo Colchane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el <strong>1 de julio<\/strong>, el recinto chileno atiende \u00fanicamente entre las <strong>08:00 y las 20:00 horas<\/strong>. La medida suspendi\u00f3 las operaciones nocturnas y redujo la capacidad de atenci\u00f3n en la frontera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ello se suma el despacho por un solo carril. Cada veh\u00edculo demora entre <strong>15 y 20 minutos<\/strong> en completar el tr\u00e1mite, lo que ralentiza el tr\u00e1nsito hacia los puertos chilenos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La restricci\u00f3n gener\u00f3 filas de m\u00e1s de tres kil\u00f3metros. Adem\u00e1s, los tiempos de espera alcanzan hasta <strong>cinco d\u00edas<\/strong>, afectando el flujo del comercio exterior boliviano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente de la C\u00e1mara Departamental del Transporte (Cadetran) de La Paz, \u00c1lvaro Ayll\u00f3n, advirti\u00f3 que la situaci\u00f3n genera un cuello de botella en la frontera. Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los retrasos exponen a los transportistas a penalidades por incumplir los plazos de entrega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los conductores denunciaron que permanecen varios d\u00edas detenidos en la frontera. Adem\u00e1s, indicaron que enfrentan bajas temperaturas mientras esperan autorizaci\u00f3n para cruzar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Delegaci\u00f3n Presidencial Provincial de Tamarugal explic\u00f3 que la reducci\u00f3n horaria responde a trabajos de reparaci\u00f3n en el complejo fronterizo.
