El sector sum\u00f3 <strong>1.175.628 afiliados<\/strong>, consolidando cuatro meses consecutivos de crecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el Bar\u00f3metro de Empleo del Sector Log\u00edstico, la actividad incorpor\u00f3 <strong>1.071 trabajadores<\/strong> respecto a mayo. El aumento mensual fue de <strong>0,09%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En comparaci\u00f3n con junio de 2025, el empleo creci\u00f3 en <strong>40.720 afiliados<\/strong>, equivalente a un <strong>3,59%<\/strong>. En el primer semestre de 2026, el sector acumul\u00f3 <strong>21.852 nuevos trabajadores<\/strong>, con un incremento de <strong>1,89%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El transporte terrestre sigui\u00f3 siendo la principal actividad log\u00edstica. Sin embargo, registr\u00f3 una ca\u00edda mensual de <strong>5.727 afiliados<\/strong>, equivalente al <strong>0,81%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En contraste, el mayor crecimiento provino del almacenamiento y los servicios anexos. Este segmento incorpor\u00f3 <strong>5.080 trabajadores<\/strong> en junio, con un avance mensual del <strong>1,75%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n aument\u00f3 el empleo en el transporte a\u00e9reo, con <strong>364 afiliados<\/strong> adicionales. El transporte mar\u00edtimo sum\u00f3 <strong>121 trabajadores<\/strong>. Las actividades postales y de mensajer\u00eda crecieron en <strong>1.233 afiliados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe refleja una mayor importancia de los centros de distribuci\u00f3n, el almacenamiento y la preparaci\u00f3n de pedidos dentro de la cadena log\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La estabilidad laboral tambi\u00e9n continu\u00f3 fortaleci\u00e9ndose. El <strong>92,69%<\/strong> de los trabajadores cuenta con contratos indefinidos, mientras que el <strong>6,85%<\/strong> mantiene v\u00ednculos temporales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por regiones, <strong>Catalu\u00f1a<\/strong> lider\u00f3 el crecimiento con <strong>1.787 nuevos afiliados<\/strong>. Le siguieron la <strong>Comunidad de Madrid<\/strong> (+1.334), <strong>Islas Baleares<\/strong> (+781), <strong>Castilla-La Mancha<\/strong> (+580) y la <strong>Comunidad Valenciana<\/strong> (+306).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El estudio tambi\u00e9n identific\u00f3 desaf\u00edos para el sector. Las mujeres representan el <strong>22,5%<\/strong> del empleo log\u00edstico, mientras que los hombres concentran el <strong>77,5%<\/strong>.
