El plan contempla la modernizaci\u00f3n de centros de distribuci\u00f3n, la incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas aut\u00f3nomas; y tambi\u00e9n la expansi\u00f3n de su red de entregas de \u00faltima milla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El anuncio fue realizado durante el evento <strong>\u00abDelivering the Future\u00bb<\/strong>, celebrado en Londres; donde la compa\u00f1\u00eda confirm\u00f3 que la iniciativa tambi\u00e9n permitir\u00e1 crear <strong>25.000 nuevos empleos<\/strong> en la regi\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, destinar\u00e1 <strong>US$1.000 millones<\/strong> a nivel global para ampliar, antes de 2030, su programa de capacitaci\u00f3n laboral <strong>Career Choice<\/strong>, como parte de la estrategia Future Ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>M\u00e1s automatizaci\u00f3n y entregas r\u00e1pidas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las principales novedades destaca la evoluci\u00f3n del robot aut\u00f3nomo <strong>Proteus<\/strong>, que podr\u00e1 desplazarse libremente por los centros log\u00edsticos; as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n ejecutar tareas mediante instrucciones en lenguaje conversacional. Su despliegue en Europa comenzar\u00e1 durante el primer semestre de 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amazon tambi\u00e9n ampliar\u00e1 el uso de <strong>Vulcan<\/strong>, un robot con capacidad t\u00e1ctil, y de <strong>STARK<\/strong>, un sistema dise\u00f1ado para manipular cajas de forma colaborativa con los trabajadores. Este \u00faltimo, probado inicialmente en Barcelona, estar\u00e1 presente en <strong>15 centros log\u00edsticos europeos<\/strong> antes de 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La estrategia incluye adem\u00e1s la expansi\u00f3n de centros de distribuci\u00f3n urbanos para reforzar las entregas el mismo d\u00eda.
