Por lo tanto, el canje de deuda por naturaleza surge como una opci\u00f3n innovadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Resiliencia clim\u00e1tica y gobernanza local<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los pa\u00edses acordaron implementar soluciones basadas en la naturaleza para mitigar desastres. El objetivo es integrar el conocimiento ancestral con las pr\u00e1cticas modernas de planificaci\u00f3n. Gracias a la <strong>seguridad h\u00eddrica en la regi\u00f3n andina<\/strong>, las comunidades locales participar\u00e1n m\u00e1s activamente. De esta manera, se garantiza un acceso equitativo a este recurso vital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ciertamente, la Comunidad Andina tambi\u00e9n presentar\u00e1 estos avances en la Conferencia del Agua de la ONU. El compromiso de los viceministros refleja una voluntad pol\u00edtica firme hacia la sostenibilidad. En conclusi\u00f3n, el manejo integrado de cuencas ser\u00e1 el motor del desarrollo subregional.
