Esta medida establece la creaci\u00f3n de un Grupo de Trabajo Sectorial encargado de evaluar la gesti\u00f3n organizacional del Mincetur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo principal es fortalecer las plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas que integran este sistema esencial. Por esta raz\u00f3n, el Gobierno busca garantizar la eficiencia y continuidad operativa ante el incremento del volumen de transacciones actuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, la Vuce ha gestionado m\u00e1s de 8 millones de tr\u00e1mites desde su implementaci\u00f3n en el a\u00f1o 2010. Asimismo, esta herramienta ha generado ahorros superiores a los <strong>432 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> para los operadores log\u00edsticos nacionales. De este modo, la plataforma se consolida como un pilar fundamental para la competitividad del <strong>comercio exterior del Per\u00fa<\/strong>. Por otro lado, la Vuce articula actualmente 365 procedimientos distintos y conecta a m\u00e1s de 130 mil usuarios activos en todo el territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En consecuencia, el nuevo grupo de trabajo analizar\u00e1 el modelo de gesti\u00f3n para responder a las nuevas demandas del mercado global. Las autoridades cuentan con un plazo de noventa d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para presentar un informe final con recomendaciones estrat\u00e9gicas. Adem\u00e1s, el plan se alinea con la Pol\u00edtica Nacional Multisectorial de Comercio Exterior proyectada al a\u00f1o 2040. Por lo tanto, se busca que la <strong>Vuce<\/strong> evolucione hacia un sistema m\u00e1s \u00e1gil, transparente y totalmente digitalizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta iniciativa reafirma el compromiso del Mincetur con la modernizaci\u00f3n de los procesos aduaneros y portuarios. Gracias a la optimizaci\u00f3n de la <strong>Vuce<\/strong>, el pa\u00eds espera dinamizar el crecimiento sostenible de sus exportaciones no tradicionales.
