El proyecto contempla una <strong>inversi\u00f3n superior a los USD 10 millones<\/strong> y prev\u00e9 su finalizaci\u00f3n para el <strong>\u00faltimo trimestre de 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa busca fortalecer la infraestructura log\u00edstica del pa\u00eds y consolidarlo como <strong>hub regional de distribuci\u00f3n<\/strong>, especialmente para el sector del <strong>e-commerce<\/strong> y otras industrias que operan bajo el r\u00e9gimen de <strong>aeropuerto libre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El edificio contar\u00e1 con una <strong>estructura multimodal distribuida en distintos niveles<\/strong>, dise\u00f1ada para agilizar los procesos de carga y descarga. El plan contempla adem\u00e1s la <strong>ampliaci\u00f3n de la capacidad de docks para camiones y camionetas<\/strong>, junto con la incorporaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda orientada a mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas mejoras se integrar\u00e1n a la plataforma log\u00edstica actual de LACC, empresa perteneciente al grupo Corporaci\u00f3n Am\u00e9rica Airports, con el objetivo de <strong>escalar las operaciones de distribuci\u00f3n hacia el Cono Sur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste proyecto permitir\u00e1 activar oportunidades no solo de desarrollo local sino tambi\u00e9n a nivel regional para el pa\u00eds\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Mariela Prospitti. La ejecutiva agreg\u00f3 que la nueva infraestructura combinar\u00e1 <strong>tecnolog\u00eda, sostenibilidad y eficiencia<\/strong> para fortalecer el posicionamiento de LACC como hub log\u00edstico y consolidar a Uruguay como plataforma regional de distribuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La terminal tambi\u00e9n incorporar\u00e1 <strong>oficinas comerciales, salas multiprop\u00f3sito y espacios de cowork<\/strong>, adapt\u00e1ndose a los requisitos de seguridad establecidos por los organismos reguladores.
