El presidente Santiago Pe\u00f1a define este movimiento como el inicio de un \u201csegundo tiempo\u201d en la gesti\u00f3n de su Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de su nueva funci\u00f3n en el Palacio de L\u00f3pez, Gim\u00e9nez mantendr\u00e1 sus responsabilidades en Itaip\u00fa como consejero y negociador del Anexo C del Tratado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Hoja de ruta y mensaje claro<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su presentaci\u00f3n oficial, Gim\u00e9nez habl\u00f3 de una gesti\u00f3n basada en \u201chonestidad bruta\u201d y fiscalizaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de los ministros. Advirti\u00f3 que no habr\u00e1 margen para excusas ni lamentos en esta nueva etapa del Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utiliz\u00f3 una analog\u00eda futbol\u00edstica: aunque los indicadores econ\u00f3micos muestran crecimiento del 6,5% por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo, no se debe caer en autocomplacencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Segundo tiempo y metas del Gobierno<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl segundo tiempo se inicia cuando el resultado es de 2 a 0; el peor momento, porque genera falsa satisfacci\u00f3n\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 Gim\u00e9nez. El presidente Pe\u00f1a instruy\u00f3 al Gabinete a \u201csalir a morder la cancha\u201d, reforzando la necesidad de eficiencia y resultados tangibles. Entre las prioridades destacan inversi\u00f3n en infraestructura, conectividad, energ\u00eda, educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y programas sociales de impacto directo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Continuidad en Itaip\u00fa<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El vocero de Gobierno, Guillermo Grance, confirm\u00f3 que Gim\u00e9nez seguir\u00e1 como consejero y negociador de Itaip\u00fa Binacional. Su rol es clave en la renegociaci\u00f3n con Brasil del Anexo C, uno de los temas estrat\u00e9gicos del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nombramiento combina experiencia, gesti\u00f3n comprobada y liderazgo para fortalecer el Gabinete Civil y acelerar resultados concretos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gim\u00e9nez es economista y pol\u00edtico paraguayo, con amplia experiencia en gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica. Fue ministro de Industria y Comercio durante m\u00e1s de 30 meses, liderando pol\u00edticas de promoci\u00f3n industrial y comercio exterior.
