La iniciativa acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 el lanzamiento de su negocio minorista online, Joybuy, previsto para marzo de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El servicio cubrir\u00e1 inicialmente Reino Unido, Alemania, Pa\u00edses Bajos y Francia. Su objetivo es garantizar entregas r\u00e1pidas, eficientes y fiables. Para ello, JoyExpress operar\u00e1 con uniformes y veh\u00edculos de marca propia desde m\u00e1s de 60 almacenes y centros log\u00edsticos en Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Operaciones minoristas y entregas express<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Joybuy ofrecer\u00e1 productos variados a precios competitivos, con entregas el mismo d\u00eda o al siguiente en algunas de las principales ciudades europeas. La compa\u00f1\u00eda se posiciona como competidora directa de Shein y Temu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entrada al continente se fortalece con la adquisici\u00f3n de Ceconomy, matriz de MediaMarkt, MediaWorld y Saturn. Esta operaci\u00f3n, cerrada a finales de 2025, permiti\u00f3 a JD.com contar con infraestructura y presencia local ya establecida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Crecimiento y resultados financieros<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En la primera mitad del a\u00f1o fiscal 2025-2026, JD.com report\u00f3 ingresos por 551.446 millones de yuanes (65.650 millones de euros), un aumento del 19% interanual. Sin embargo, su beneficio cay\u00f3 14%, hasta 17.988 millones de yuanes (2.141 millones de euros).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con JoyExpress y Joybuy, JD.com busca consolidar su expansi\u00f3n en Europa, combinando operaciones log\u00edsticas propias y presencia minorista directa.
