El ministro \u00d3scar Mario Justiniano afirm\u00f3 que la ruta permitiria reducir tiempos y costos hacia China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En entrevista con CGTN, el titular de Desarrollo Productivo destac\u00f3 el valor estrat\u00e9gico del Puerto de Chancay. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la conexi\u00f3n directa con buques de gran tama\u00f1o optimiza la eficiencia operativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bolivia, al ser un pa\u00eds sin litoral, enfrenta mayores costos log\u00edsticos en tr\u00e1nsito internacional. Por ello, cualquier reducci\u00f3n en tiempos mar\u00edtimos resulta significativa para su oferta exportadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Carne hacia China<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno proyecta fortalecer los env\u00edos de productos c\u00e1rnicos al mercado chino. En ese sentido, la articulaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica con Chancay abre nuevas oportunidades comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Justiniano indic\u00f3 que una mayor eficiencia genera beneficios para toda la cadena. El impacto alcanza a transportistas, frigor\u00edficos, exportadores y al propio Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, sostuvo que la mejora en competitividad puede atraer nuevos capitales. As\u00ed, se consolidar\u00eda un c\u00edrculo virtuoso de crecimiento exportador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Alternativa log\u00edstica consolidada<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Rafael Riva, gerente t\u00e9cnico de la C\u00e1mara de Exportadores de Santa Cruz, coincidi\u00f3 en que la ruta peruana reduce costos. Tambi\u00e9n afirm\u00f3 que permite llegar a China y otros puertos asi\u00e1ticos con mayor previsibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sector privado mantiene reuniones con autoridades chinas para habilitar nuevos frigor\u00edficos. Esto ampliar\u00eda la capacidad exportadora de carne bovina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan datos oficiales, Bolivia produce alrededor de 350.000 toneladas de carne al a\u00f1o. En 2025, las exportaciones del sector alcanzaron USD 203 millones, superando los USD 189 millones de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, las exportaciones bolivianas por el puerto de Chancay se perfilan como una estrategia clave.
