El objetivo es reducir costos log\u00edsticos, agilizar flujos de carga y fortalecer la competitividad de las cadenas regionales mediante transporte mar\u00edtimo de corta distancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Red portuaria estrat\u00e9gica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El esquema contempla una red integrada por Matamoros, Altamira, Tampico, Tuxpan, Veracruz, Coatzacoalcos, Dos Bocas, Salina Cruz, Progreso y Seybaplaya. En Estados Unidos, el proyecto considera Tampa, Port Manatee, Port Jacksonville, Port Everglades y Miami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas terminales funcionan como nodos clave para sectores como alimentos, energ\u00eda, automotriz y manufacturas. La habilitaci\u00f3n de corredores mar\u00edtimos permitir\u00eda desviar parte del tr\u00e1fico que hoy se moviliza por carretera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Alternativa a la congesti\u00f3n terrestre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El short sea shipping aparece como una opci\u00f3n frente a la saturaci\u00f3n de rutas terrestres y cruces fronterizos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de reducir tiempos de tr\u00e1nsito, podr\u00eda disminuir presi\u00f3n sobre infraestructura vial y mejorar la previsibilidad log\u00edstica. En un contexto de integraci\u00f3n productiva entre M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos, la diversificaci\u00f3n modal cobra relevancia estrat\u00e9gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Desaf\u00edos operativos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cameintram identific\u00f3 como principal reto asegurar la viabilidad econ\u00f3mica de las operaciones. Para evitar trayectos sin carga, ser\u00e1 necesario consolidar vol\u00famenes constantes y garantizar demanda en ambos sentidos. El proyecto requerir\u00e1 acuerdos comerciales y coordinaci\u00f3n entre actores p\u00fablicos y privados.
