El Gobierno de Rodrigo Paz elimin\u00f3 el <strong>Certificado de Abastecimiento Interno y Precio Justo (CIPJ)<\/strong>, un requisito que hab\u00eda dificultado las ventas externas de carne boliviana bajo la administraci\u00f3n anterior de Luis Arce. La medida abre nuevas oportunidades para los exportadores y fortalece la inserci\u00f3n de Bolivia en los mercados internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante los primeros once meses del a\u00f1o pasado, Bolivia export\u00f3 a China <strong>93.000 toneladas de carne vacuna sin hueso<\/strong>, por un valor cercano a <strong>USD 500 millones<\/strong>; consolid\u00e1ndose como el sexto proveedor del pa\u00eds y superando a Estados Unidos. China se mantiene como el principal destino de la carne boliviana, concentrando la mayor parte de las exportaciones del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2024, Bolivia hab\u00eda exportado <strong>42.000 toneladas de carne vacuna<\/strong> por USD 170 millones. Aunque a\u00fan no se dispone de cifras oficiales de 2025, la eliminaci\u00f3n del CIPJ se espera que impulse un aumento en los env\u00edos y mejore la competitividad frente a mercados internacionales exigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El certificado, implementado por el gobierno anterior con el objetivo de \u201cproteger\u201d al consumidor interno, hab\u00eda generado restricciones para los exportadores; afectando la expansi\u00f3n de la industria c\u00e1rnica.
