La suspensi\u00f3n de tr\u00e1nsitos se hab\u00eda producido por la inseguridad generada en el mar Rojo y el estrecho de Bab el-Mandeb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La primera nave de la naviera danesa en realizar el cruce fue el <strong>Maersk Sebarok<\/strong>. El portacontenedores integr\u00f3 el convoy norte luego de atravesar el mar Rojo por primera vez desde 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La unidad zarp\u00f3 desde el Puerto de Salalah, en Om\u00e1n, con destino a Estados Unidos. Este tr\u00e1nsito marca el primer cruce de un portacontenedores del grupo Maersk por Suez desde la firma del acuerdo de asociaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica entre ambas partes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Maersk Sebarok cuenta con 318 metros de eslora y 40 metros de manga.  Adem\u00e1s, registra un calado de 14 metros y un arqueo bruto cercano a las 82.000 toneladas.  Desde la Autoridad del Canal de Suez destacaron el impacto del regreso de grandes navieras a la ruta interoce\u00e1nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El almirante Ossama Rabiee, presidente del organismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este retorno es resultado de intensos esfuerzos de promoci\u00f3n y acercamiento con las compa\u00f1\u00edas mar\u00edtimas. Rabiee subray\u00f3 que la reanudaci\u00f3n gradual de los tr\u00e1nsitos tendr\u00e1 efectos positivos en el mercado del transporte mar\u00edtimo internacional.<br>Asimismo, inst\u00f3 a otras navieras a ajustar sus programaciones y retomar los cruces por el mar Rojo y Bab el-Mandeb a trav\u00e9s del canal egipcio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Autoridad del Canal de Suez estima que la normalizaci\u00f3n de los tr\u00e1nsitos se consolide durante el segundo semestre de 2026.
