{"id":67417,"date":"2025-12-22T17:26:18","date_gmt":"2025-12-22T20:26:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=67417"},"modified":"2025-12-22T22:09:14","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T01:09:14","slug":"anac-simplifica-normas-y-modifica-planes-de-vuelo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/anac-simplifica-normas-y-modifica-planes-de-vuelo\/","title":{"rendered":"ANAC simplifica normas y modifica planes de vuelo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (ANAC) oficializ\u00f3 la Resoluci\u00f3n 957\/2025, con cambios en RAAC Partes 91, 121 y 135.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las modificaciones incluyen gesti\u00f3n de planes de vuelo, requisitos de tripulaci\u00f3n y equipamiento de aeronaves, buscando mayor eficiencia y seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eliminaci\u00f3n del plan de vuelo VFR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Parte 91 elimina la obligaci\u00f3n de presentar plan de vuelo para operaciones bajo reglas de vuelo visual (VFR) en aviaci\u00f3n general. Se mantiene obligatorio para vuelos que requieren control de tr\u00e1nsito a\u00e9reo, cruces internacionales y \u00e1reas de b\u00fasqueda y salvamento. Los vuelos VFR en espacios a\u00e9reos clase B, C, D o E podr\u00e1n informar datos mediante \u201cprocedimiento abreviado\u201d ante ATS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Operaciones sin segundo al mando<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Parte 135 permite operar aeronaves en single pilot mediante piloto autom\u00e1tico aprobado y operativo.<br>Esta autorizaci\u00f3n excluye aviones jet, incluyendo turbof\u00e1n, y requiere enmienda de las especificaciones de operaci\u00f3n y demostraci\u00f3n de seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nuevos requisitos de licencias de tripulaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se elimin\u00f3 el requisito de licencia \u201cPiloto Comercial de Primera Clase\u201d para actuar como copiloto en l\u00edneas regulares o no regulares. Ahora, segundo al mando debe contar con licencia de piloto comercial con habilitaci\u00f3n para el tipo de aeronave.
