La iniciativa busca incrementar la participaci\u00f3n de empresas lideradas por mujeres en el comercio internacional pasted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pa\u00eds fue seleccionado como uno de los cuatro beneficiarios iniciales del fondo; que cuenta con un presupuesto global de US$50 millones. En esta primera fase, 34 empresas dominicanas lideradas por mujeres fueron escogidas para recibir apoyo t\u00e9cnico, capacitaci\u00f3n; y acompa\u00f1amiento para su inserci\u00f3n en mercados internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La convocatoria nacional recibi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 200 postulaciones, reflejando el alto inter\u00e9s de las emprendedoras por ampliar su alcance comercial. El programa incluye formaci\u00f3n en herramientas digitales, gesti\u00f3n financiera y acceso a redes comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previo al lanzamiento oficial, el Fondo WEIDE desarroll\u00f3 talleres t\u00e9cnicos y sesiones de capacitaci\u00f3n dirigidas a las empresas seleccionadas. Estas actividades permitieron introducir a las participantes en los objetivos del programa; adem\u00e1s de reforzar conocimientos en herramientas digitales, gesti\u00f3n financiera y habilidades clave para operar en entornos de comercio internacional pasted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa contempla un esquema de acompa\u00f1amiento continuo que combina formaci\u00f3n presencial, fortalecimiento de capacidades; y asistencia t\u00e9cnica durante toda la duraci\u00f3n del proyecto.
