Recordaron adem\u00e1s la tradici\u00f3n de <strong>gabinetes binacionales<\/strong> celebrados desde inicios de siglo, con hitos recientes en 2021 y 2022; orientados a fortalecer mecanismos de integraci\u00f3n profunda. La cita de este a\u00f1o marca una continuidad y, al mismo tiempo, una expansi\u00f3n de esa voluntad pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n concluy\u00f3 con consensos de alto valor para ambos Estados, en temas considerados estrat\u00e9gicos para el desarrollo regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gesti\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n de recursos h\u00eddricos compartidos<\/strong><br>Los gobiernos acordaron coordinar pol\u00edticas que garanticen el uso sostenible del agua como patrimonio vital para ambas naciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Habilitaci\u00f3n de un nuevo paso fronterizo seguro<\/strong><br>El objetivo es modernizar la movilidad humana mediante controles eficientes y est\u00e1ndares que fortalezcan la integraci\u00f3n en la zona lim\u00edtrofe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Integraci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica para el desarrollo<\/strong><br>Las delegaciones coincidieron en que la energ\u00eda debe actuar como motor de bienestar para sus pueblos, por lo que se impulsar\u00e1n mecanismos de disponibilidad, confiabilidad y beneficio mutuo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facilitaci\u00f3n del comercio bilateral<\/strong><br>Bolivia y Per\u00fa identificaron condiciones propicias para dinamizar el intercambio comercial; y tambi\u00e9n generar oportunidades econ\u00f3micas que beneficien a ambos sectores productivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Una relaci\u00f3n en \u201cnuevo momento\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los mandatarios destacaron que esta nueva etapa refleja una decisi\u00f3n compartida de <strong>reforzar los v\u00ednculos hist\u00f3ricos<\/strong>.
