Este desplome ocurre en un momento de transici\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, ya que el presidente <strong>Rodrigo Paz<\/strong> asumi\u00f3 el 8 de noviembre; y hereda un escenario complejo en materia de recursos energ\u00e9ticos y cuentas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La situaci\u00f3n es especialmente delicada para <strong>Yacimientos Petrol\u00edferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB)<\/strong>. De acuerdo con el ministro de Econom\u00eda, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Gabriel Espinoza<\/strong>, la petrolera estatal genera entre <strong>USD 140 y 160 millones mensuales<\/strong> por la venta de hidrocarburos; mientras que la importaci\u00f3n de combustibles demanda alrededor de <strong>USD 240 millones al mes<\/strong>, generando un desequilibrio que agrava el d\u00e9ficit fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Nuevas medidas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente a este panorama, el nuevo gobierno anunci\u00f3 que dar\u00e1 un \u201c<strong>nuevo aire<\/strong>\u201d a la pol\u00edtica energ\u00e9tica; con el objetivo de estabilizar ingresos, mejorar planificaci\u00f3n y reordenar la estructura del sector. La primera medida ser\u00e1 una <strong>nueva certificaci\u00f3n de reservas de gas<\/strong>; ajustada a los par\u00e1metros t\u00e9cnicos establecidos por la ley, para determinar con precisi\u00f3n la disponibilidad real del recurso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente de YPFB, <strong>Yussef Akly<\/strong>, afirm\u00f3 que campos como <strong>Mayaya<\/strong> presentan un \u201cpotencial real\u201d, pero advirti\u00f3 que es necesario determinar su dimensi\u00f3n exacta y los costos de explotaci\u00f3n antes de considerar nuevas inversiones o expansiones.
