As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 la <strong>Bolsa de Comercio de Rosario (BCR)<\/strong> con base en datos preliminares de la agencia mar\u00edtima <strong>Nabsa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la BCR, <strong>el 33% de la superficie triguera nacional ya fue cosechada<\/strong>. Las grandes cantidades que descendieron hacia los puertos impulsaron la oferta exportadora y fortalecieron la competitividad del <strong>precio FOB<\/strong>, un factor decisivo para alcanzar un r\u00e9cord incluso antes del inicio formal de la campa\u00f1a comercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Buenos vol\u00famenes, pero con un matiz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar del desempe\u00f1o excepcional, la BCR advirti\u00f3 un punto a considerar: <strong>la ca\u00edda del contenido proteico<\/strong> del cereal. En la \u00faltima semana se registraron partidas con valores de <strong>10,5% de prote\u00edna<\/strong>, un nivel que afecta de manera directa el precio recibido por los exportadores en el mercado internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este componente de menor calidad aparece en un momento en el que los productores ya mostraban dudas respecto a las cotizaciones. El ajuste de la prote\u00edna opera, as\u00ed, como un l\u00edmite para los m\u00e1rgenes, obligando a equilibrar el <strong>precio percibido<\/strong> con los elevados vol\u00famenes disponibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>El ma\u00edz sigue en terreno d\u00e9bil<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que los <strong>precios del ma\u00edz<\/strong> se mantienen entre los niveles m\u00e1s bajos desde 2020.
