La iniciativa marca una nueva etapa en la reestructuraci\u00f3n de la concesi\u00f3n del terminal. La subasta est\u00e1 prevista para marzo de 2026 en la bolsa B3 de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El market sounding consiste en reuniones individuales con potenciales inversores. Cada encuentro tendr\u00e1 una duraci\u00f3n de una hora y podr\u00e1 realizarse de forma virtual o presencial. Las inscripciones estar\u00e1n abiertas hasta el 14 de noviembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La venta asistida de las acciones de la Concession\u00e1ria Aeroporto Rio de Janeiro S.A. surge de una soluci\u00f3n consensual. El proceso fue gestionado por el Tribunal de Contas da Uni\u00e3o mediante la SecexConsenso.<br>El acuerdo, homologado en junio de 2025, permiti\u00f3 ajustar el contrato para recomponer el equilibrio econ\u00f3mico-financiero. Tambi\u00e9n incorpor\u00f3 cl\u00e1usulas regulatorias actualizadas y viabiliz\u00f3 inversiones necesarias para el aeropuerto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daniel Longo, secretario nacional de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil, destac\u00f3 la relevancia del proceso.  Afirm\u00f3 que la venta asistida consolida un modelo de concesi\u00f3n moderno, sustentable y eficiente.
