Su eje ser\u00e1 un <strong>Plan de Acci\u00f3n Regional 2026\u20132030<\/strong>, que integrar\u00e1 infraestructura, sostenibilidad y eficiencia operativa en el transporte amaz\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los objetivos principales incluyen <strong>mejorar el acceso a servicios b\u00e1sicos<\/strong>, <strong>impulsar una log\u00edstica multimodal eficiente<\/strong>; adem\u00e1s de <strong>desarrollar infraestructura resiliente<\/strong> con soluciones basadas en la naturaleza y <strong>fortalecer el transporte fluvial<\/strong>, columna vertebral del comercio y la movilidad en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>Conectar comunidades, reducir costos log\u00edsticos y promover un transporte bajo en carbono<\/strong> son pasos esenciales para el desarrollo sostenible\u201d. Destac\u00f3 el BID durante la presentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Hacia una log\u00edstica multimodal y resiliente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La Amazon\u00eda enfrenta <strong>retos estructurales en materia log\u00edstica<\/strong>: grandes distancias, baja densidad poblacional y dependencia del transporte fluvial. El plan propone <strong>integrar modos fluvial, terrestre y a\u00e9reo<\/strong>; adem\u00e1s de reducir tiempos y costos, y crear condiciones para el desarrollo de la bioeconom\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El BID y el Banco Mundial acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1n el proceso con <strong>asistencia t\u00e9cnica, estudios de conectividad transfronteriza y modelos de gobernanza adaptados a la realidad amaz\u00f3nica<\/strong>; donde los r\u00edos siguen siendo la principal v\u00eda de transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Financiamiento verde para infraestructura sostenible<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El BID, el <strong>Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico de Brasil<\/strong> y el <strong>BNDES<\/strong> anunciaron una <strong>aportaci\u00f3n de US$500 millones<\/strong> al <strong>Fondo Nacional sobre Cambio Clim\u00e1tico (FNMC)<\/strong>, destinados a proyectos de infraestructura y transporte con bajo impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl fortalecimiento del Fondo Clima permitir\u00e1 que los recursos lleguen a quienes impulsan el cambio en el territorio\u201d. Afirm\u00f3 <strong>Ilan Goldfajn<\/strong>, presidente del BID. Por su parte, <strong>Aloizio Mercadante<\/strong>, titular del BNDES, destac\u00f3 que la uni\u00f3n de esfuerzos coloca a Brasil \u201c<strong>a la vanguardia de la transici\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica regional<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Una facilidad de US$1.000 millones para infraestructura<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ministros de Hacienda y Planificaci\u00f3n de los pa\u00edses amaz\u00f3nicos tambi\u00e9n firmaron la creaci\u00f3n de la <strong>Facilidad Amazon\u00eda Siempre para Ciudades e Infraestructura Resiliente<\/strong>; que busca movilizar m\u00e1s de <strong>US$1.000 millones en inversiones<\/strong> destinadas a energ\u00eda limpia, agua, saneamiento y movilidad urbana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los aportes tambi\u00e9n destacan <strong>US$162 millones del Fondo Verde para el Clima<\/strong>, <strong>US$215 millones de los Fondos de Inversi\u00f3n Clim\u00e1tica<\/strong>; y <strong>6 millones de euros de la Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Cooperaci\u00f3n (AECID)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Log\u00edstica para la integraci\u00f3n regional<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas iniciativas \u2014la <strong>Alianza por un Transporte Resiliente<\/strong>, el <strong>Fondo Clima<\/strong> y la <strong>Facilidad Amazon\u00eda Siempre<\/strong>\u2014 constituyen una hoja de ruta conjunta para <strong>convertir la infraestructura log\u00edstica amaz\u00f3nica en un modelo de desarrollo sostenible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo com\u00fan es <strong>reducir la huella ambiental del transporte<\/strong>; as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n<strong> mejorar la competitividad y promover la integraci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica<\/strong> entre los pa\u00edses de la cuenca amaz\u00f3nica.
