{"id":66155,"date":"2025-11-12T23:16:04","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T02:16:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=66155"},"modified":"2025-11-12T23:16:13","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T02:16:13","slug":"puerto-de-vancouver-implementa-sistema-centralizado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/puerto-de-vancouver-implementa-sistema-centralizado\/","title":{"rendered":"Puerto de Vancouver implementa sistema centralizado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>Autoridad Portuaria de Vancouver Fraser<\/strong> anunci\u00f3 la <strong>entrada en operaci\u00f3n del sistema centralizado de programaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en la <strong>zona de control de tr\u00e1fico del r\u00edo Fraser (TCZ-4)<\/strong>, <strong>Roberts Bank<\/strong> y la <strong>zona de fondeo de English Bay<\/strong>; marcando la <strong>fase final<\/strong> del proceso de implementaci\u00f3n de esta herramienta digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta activaci\u00f3n, el sistema ya est\u00e1 operativo en toda la <strong>jurisdicci\u00f3n de navegaci\u00f3n del Puerto de Vancouver<\/strong>. Tras su puesta en marcha progresiva en <strong>Second Narrows (TCZ-2)<\/strong> en 2023; <strong>First Narrows (TCZ-1)<\/strong> en 2024 y tambi\u00e9n <strong>Eastern Burrard Inlet (TCZ-3)<\/strong> en septiembre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desarrollado bajo el <strong>Programa de Gesti\u00f3n Activa del Tr\u00e1fico Mar\u00edtimo (AVTM)<\/strong>, el sistema busca <strong>optimizar la coordinaci\u00f3n entre los actores de la cadena log\u00edstica<\/strong>; mejorando la <strong>eficiencia y seguridad<\/strong> de los movimientos mar\u00edtimos hacia y desde las <strong>29 terminales y fondeaderos<\/strong> que conforman el puerto. Desde su primera fase, la plataforma ha <strong>optimizado m\u00e1s de 7.100 tr\u00e1nsitos de buques<\/strong> en la ensenada de Burrard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el <strong>per\u00edodo de gracia del 10 al 23 de noviembre<\/strong>, la autoridad portuaria <strong>recomienda a los operadores de Nivel 1 planificar todos los tr\u00e1nsitos<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s del sistema. A partir del <strong>24 de noviembre<\/strong>, su uso ser\u00e1 <strong>obligatorio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para acceder, se implement\u00f3 un sistema de <strong>autenticaci\u00f3n multifactor<\/strong>, reforzando la seguridad operativa.
