{"id":66057,"date":"2025-11-10T20:43:26","date_gmt":"2025-11-10T23:43:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=66057"},"modified":"2025-11-10T20:43:35","modified_gmt":"2025-11-10T23:43:35","slug":"exportaciones-carnicas-crecen-23-en-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/exportaciones-carnicas-crecen-23-en-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Exportaciones c\u00e1rnicas crecen 23% en 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El <strong>Instituto Nacional de Carnes (INAC)<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que, entre el <strong>1\u00b0 de enero y el 1\u00b0 de noviembre de 2025<\/strong>, Uruguay export\u00f3 <strong>556.028 toneladas<\/strong> de carnes y productos c\u00e1rnicos, volumen pr\u00e1cticamente igual al del mismo per\u00edodo de 2024. Sin embargo, los <strong>ingresos aumentaron 23,4%<\/strong>, alcanzando <strong>US$ 2.589,3 millones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>carne vacuna<\/strong> contin\u00faa siendo el principal producto exportado, representando <strong>83,67% del total<\/strong> en d\u00f3lares. Le siguen, en menor proporci\u00f3n, las <strong>menudencias<\/strong>, los <strong>subproductos industriales<\/strong> y la <strong>carne ovina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los principales destinos siguen siendo el <strong>USMCA (Estados Unidos, M\u00e9xico y Canad\u00e1)<\/strong>, <strong>China<\/strong> y la <strong>Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong>. En conjunto, concentran <strong>m\u00e1s del 80%<\/strong> del total exportado: USMCA invirti\u00f3 <strong>US$ 846,1 millones (32,68%)<\/strong>, China <strong>US$ 787,1 millones (30,4%)<\/strong>, y la UE <strong>US$ 493,1 millones (19,05%)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>precio promedio<\/strong> de exportaci\u00f3n fue de <strong>US$ 4.657 por tonelada<\/strong>, un <strong>25,6% m\u00e1s<\/strong> que en 2024.
