El objetivo es trazar una hoja de ruta que oriente el desarrollo del transporte de pasajeros y de carga en los pr\u00f3ximos <strong>30 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las propuestas, presentadas por firmas especializadas como <strong>Sener Mobility, Idom Consulting, Solutiva Consultores, Steer Davies Gleave Chile<\/strong> y <strong>Consultrans<\/strong>, est\u00e1n siendo evaluadas en sus aspectos t\u00e9cnicos, administrativos y econ\u00f3micos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gerente de Desarrollo, Ingenier\u00eda y Proyectos de EFE, <strong>Ricardo Montecino<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que el estudio permitir\u00e1 dise\u00f1ar una <strong>cartera de proyectos estrat\u00e9gicos<\/strong>; integrando criterios log\u00edsticos, medioambientales y patrimoniales. \u201cVamos a definir la hoja de ruta para las pr\u00f3ximas inversiones ferroviarias en la regi\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el gerente general de <strong>EFE Valpara\u00edso<\/strong>, <strong>Miguel Saavedra<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que la iniciativa establecer\u00e1 una <strong>\u201cimagen objetivo\u201d<\/strong> para orientar futuras decisiones de inversi\u00f3n y expansi\u00f3n del sistema ferroviario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plan se estructura en <strong>cuatro ejes<\/strong>: la <strong>extensi\u00f3n de servicios y nuevas l\u00edneas<\/strong>, el <strong>aumento de cobertura e integraci\u00f3n multimodal<\/strong>; adem\u00e1s de la <strong>modernizaci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n de capacidad operativa<\/strong>, y el <strong>fortalecimiento del transporte de carga e intermodalidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el estudio incluir\u00e1 diagn\u00f3sticos del sistema de transporte regional, levantamiento de infraestructura existente, encuestas y modelaciones de red.
