Ministros y autoridades acordaron crear una plataforma permanente de cooperaci\u00f3n para impulsar pol\u00edticas comunes de movilidad, sostenibilidad y eficiencia en las cadenas de suministro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Una agenda com\u00fan para la integraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El anuncio se realiz\u00f3 al cierre del <strong>Di\u00e1logo Regional de Pol\u00edticas de Transporte<\/strong>, celebrado en Santo Domingo, con representantes de m\u00e1s de veinte pa\u00edses. El encuentro fue organizado por el <strong>Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID)<\/strong>, el <strong>International Transport Forum (ITF)<\/strong> de la <strong>OCDE<\/strong> y el Gobierno dominicano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva red \u2014copresidida por el BID y el ITF\u2014 funcionar\u00e1 como un espacio t\u00e9cnico y pol\u00edtico permanente. Su objetivo ser\u00e1 coordinar estrategias de inversi\u00f3n y acelerar la modernizaci\u00f3n del transporte de carga y pasajeros en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Desaf\u00edos y prioridades comunes<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el BID, la demanda de movilidad se duplicar\u00e1 hacia 2050, tanto en personas como en mercanc\u00edas. Por ello, la regi\u00f3n necesita <strong>sistemas log\u00edsticos m\u00e1s resilientes, digitalizados y sostenibles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ejes definidos incluyen <strong>movilidad segura<\/strong>, <strong>digitalizaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica<\/strong>, <strong>infraestructura resiliente<\/strong> y <strong>tecnolog\u00edas limpias<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n se prioriza la sostenibilidad financiera del transporte p\u00fablico y la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acuerdo prev\u00e9 grupos de trabajo especializados en log\u00edstica verde, intercambio de datos, gesti\u00f3n inteligente del transporte y armonizaci\u00f3n aduanera en los corredores comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Un impulso para la competitividad<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas acciones buscan reducir costos operativos, mejorar la trazabilidad y fortalecer la competitividad de las exportaciones latinoamericanas. Adem\u00e1s, promover\u00e1n inversiones conjuntas entre los sectores p\u00fablico y privado, involucrando puertos, aeropuertos y operadores log\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Hacia una log\u00edstica sostenible y digital<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El BID destac\u00f3 que la <strong>red regional de transporte<\/strong> se alinea con su estrategia de infraestructura sostenible y log\u00edstica inteligente.
