{"id":65672,"date":"2025-10-27T14:35:08","date_gmt":"2025-10-27T17:35:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=65672"},"modified":"2025-10-27T14:35:15","modified_gmt":"2025-10-27T17:35:15","slug":"la-oma-moderniza-el-comercio-internacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/la-oma-moderniza-el-comercio-internacional\/","title":{"rendered":"La OMA moderniza el comercio internacional"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de Aduanas (OMA) present\u00f3 un nuevo marco de interconectividad para los Certificados de Origen (CO); con el objetivo de sustituir los tr\u00e1mites en papel por un sistema electr\u00f3nico interoperable entre aduanas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa busca reducir costos, optimizar tiempos y fortalecer la trazabilidad documental en el comercio global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta ahora, la certificaci\u00f3n de origen \u2014clave para acceder a beneficios arancelarios\u2014 depend\u00eda de procesos manuales y presenciales. Con el nuevo modelo, los certificados podr\u00e1n transmitirse electr\u00f3nicamente desde el pa\u00eds exportador al importador; incluso antes de la llegada de la carga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El marco, presentado en septiembre de 2025, adopta el sistema \u201cPush\u201d, mediante el cual la informaci\u00f3n se env\u00eda autom\u00e1ticamente a la aduana del pa\u00eds receptor sin intervenci\u00f3n humana. Esta digitalizaci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 an\u00e1lisis de riesgo anticipado, mayor transparencia y reducci\u00f3n de los tiempos de despacho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La interoperabilidad se basa en el Modelo de Datos de la OMA (WCO DM v4), que garantiza un lenguaje com\u00fan entre plataformas, ventanillas \u00fanicas y sistemas aduaneros. Los certificados digitales estar\u00e1n protegidos por redes seguras y mecanismos de autenticaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los beneficios alcanzan a todos los actores: los gobiernos podr\u00e1n reemplazar el papel por documentos electr\u00f3nicos; las aduanas, armonizar procesos y reducir fraudes; y las empresas, acelerar operaciones y disminuir costos.
