La academia cuenta con <strong>6 simuladores certificados por ANAC<\/strong>, una tecnicatura universitaria, el curso <strong>Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC)<\/strong> y el programa <strong>A320 FAM<\/strong>, garantizando una formaci\u00f3n integral con est\u00e1ndares internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El convenio tambi\u00e9n contempla iniciativas conjuntas para <strong>promover la inclusi\u00f3n de mujeres en la aviaci\u00f3n<\/strong>; y acercar la actividad a\u00e9rea a nuevas generaciones. Adem\u00e1s, JetSMART podr\u00e1 utilizar los simuladores de la academia en procesos de selecci\u00f3n y evaluaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCon este acuerdo damos un paso \u00fanico e hist\u00f3rico para acercar a nuestros estudiantes al mundo profesional, marcando un nuevo est\u00e1ndar en la formaci\u00f3n de pilotos en la regi\u00f3n\u201d.
