Su plan marca el inicio de una etapa orientada al fortalecimiento del sector privado, la modernizaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica y una nueva pol\u00edtica comercial m\u00e1s din\u00e1mica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Un modelo econ\u00f3mico con foco regional<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo mandatario apuesta por una <strong>\u201ceconom\u00eda inteligente\u201d<\/strong>, basada en la descentralizaci\u00f3n y en la participaci\u00f3n activa de los gobiernos locales. Plantea que la mitad del gasto p\u00fablico se administre desde las regiones, con la meta de <strong>impulsar infraestructura productiva y de transporte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, propone <strong>simplificar el sistema tributario<\/strong> para peque\u00f1as empresas y formalizar a los trabajadores del sector log\u00edstico, con impuestos reducidos y menos tr\u00e1mites. Seg\u00fan ha se\u00f1alado, \u201cla formalidad no debe ser un castigo, sino una oportunidad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Reformas graduales y apertura exterior<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En materia econ\u00f3mica, Paz impulsar\u00e1 una <strong>revisi\u00f3n paulatina de los subsidios a los combustibles<\/strong>, preservando el apoyo a sectores vulnerables pero corrigiendo los desequilibrios fiscales. Tambi\u00e9n plantea <strong>flexibilizar el tipo de cambio<\/strong> y abrir el mercado a nuevas inversiones energ\u00e9ticas y tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito del <strong>comercio exterior<\/strong>, su gobierno promete <strong>reducir aranceles de importaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, fomentar acuerdos bilaterales con pa\u00edses vecinos y fortalecer el v\u00ednculo log\u00edstico con Brasil, Per\u00fa y Chile. Su intenci\u00f3n es <strong>posicionar a Bolivia como un eje andino de tr\u00e1nsito y exportaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, especialmente en hidrocarburos, litio y productos agr\u00edcolas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Impulso log\u00edstico y transporte sostenible<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Paz reconoce que la log\u00edstica ha sido uno de los puntos d\u00e9biles del pa\u00eds. Por eso, su programa prioriza <strong>carreteras interdepartamentales, puertos secos y corredores bioce\u00e1nicos<\/strong>, con la participaci\u00f3n de la inversi\u00f3n privada. Tambi\u00e9n plantea promover el <strong>uso de energ\u00edas limpias en el transporte<\/strong>, para reducir costos operativos y emisiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo gobierno enfrenta el desaf\u00edo de <strong>modernizar la red log\u00edstica sin sacrificar estabilidad social<\/strong>.
