{"id":65341,"date":"2025-10-13T13:10:45","date_gmt":"2025-10-13T16:10:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=65341"},"modified":"2025-10-13T13:10:53","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T16:10:53","slug":"gobierno-impulsa-sostenibilidad-vial-y-ferroviaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/gobierno-impulsa-sostenibilidad-vial-y-ferroviaria\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno impulsa sostenibilidad vial y ferroviaria"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Ministerio de Transporte de Brasil lanz\u00f3 el <strong>Programa de Sostenibilidad para Infraestructura Vial y Ferroviaria (PSI)<\/strong> con el fin de mejorar las concesiones y fomentar la <strong>sostenibilidad en infraestructura<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plan busca atraer inversiones, promover la <strong>descarbonizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y fortalecer la <strong>resiliencia clim\u00e1tica<\/strong> en los proyectos del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El PSI podr\u00eda generar <strong>hasta R$21.500 millones<\/strong> en nuevas inversiones y fomentar la <strong>innovaci\u00f3n regulatoria<\/strong> en carreteras y ferrocarriles. Seg\u00fan el secretario ejecutivo del ministerio, <strong>George Santoro<\/strong>, destinar entre <strong>1 % y 2,5 % de los ingresos<\/strong> de los proyectos a infraestructura resiliente permitir\u00e1 acceder a fondos internacionales y fortalecer la <strong>transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Enfoque regulatorio y sostenible<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa se apoya en <strong>dos Decretos Ejecutivos<\/strong> que vinculan la emisi\u00f3n de bonos de infraestructura con par\u00e1metros <strong>ESG<\/strong>. Las concesionarias podr\u00e1n invertir hasta <strong>2 % de sus ingresos<\/strong> en acciones sostenibles; con mecanismos de <strong>reequilibrio previo<\/strong> para iniciar los proyectos sin demoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El modelo funcionar\u00e1 durante <strong>dos a\u00f1os en entorno de prueba<\/strong>; brindando as\u00ed <strong>seguridad jur\u00eddica<\/strong> a los concesionarios y permitiendo ajustar las regulaciones antes de su aplicaci\u00f3n definitiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl desarrollo y la conservaci\u00f3n del medio ambiente deben avanzar juntos\u201d. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n <strong>Felipe Queiroz<\/strong>, director de la <strong>Agencia Nacional de Transporte Terrestre (ANTT)<\/strong>, al destacar la relevancia del sector para el crecimiento del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Corredores Log\u00edsticos Verdes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa tambi\u00e9n incorpora el proyecto <strong>Corredores Log\u00edsticos Verdes<\/strong>, que conecta carreteras, ferrocarriles y puertos bajo planes integrados de sostenibilidad.
