A partir de un nuevo acuerdo con Chile, Paraguay, Brasil y Uruguay, las empresas que operan en transporte internacional ya no deber\u00e1n realizar el tr\u00e1mite de la Apostilla de La Haya para validar sus Documentos de Idoneidad y anexos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>eliminaci\u00f3n del apostillado<\/strong> impacta directamente en transportistas de carga y pasajeros, quienes podr\u00e1n completar sus permisos internacionales sin recurrir al proceso de legalizaci\u00f3n ante Canciller\u00eda. El cambio reducir\u00e1 tiempos administrativos y costos operativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta ahora, el apostillado era obligatorio para certificar firmas y sellos de documentos emitidos por autoridades nacionales. Su eliminaci\u00f3n marca un avance en la simplificaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites, especialmente para las compa\u00f1\u00edas que realizan m\u00faltiples operaciones entre los pa\u00edses del Cono Sur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lugar del procedimiento tradicional, los Estados reconocer\u00e1n mutuamente las firmas electr\u00f3nicas oficiales emitidas por sus organismos competentes, siempre que cumplan con mecanismos de verificaci\u00f3n y encriptaci\u00f3n seguros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este nuevo sistema digital permitir\u00e1 validar documentaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea, evitando traslados, demoras y gastos presenciales. Adem\u00e1s, brindar\u00e1 mayor trazabilidad y transparencia a los procesos administrativos, en l\u00ednea con los est\u00e1ndares internacionales de digitalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Acuerdo de Transporte Internacional Terrestre (ATIT), que regula el tr\u00e1nsito de cargas y pasajeros entre los pa\u00edses del MERCOSUR y sus asociados, se ver\u00e1 directamente beneficiado.
