{"id":65269,"date":"2025-10-09T18:51:57","date_gmt":"2025-10-09T21:51:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=65269"},"modified":"2025-10-09T18:51:59","modified_gmt":"2025-10-09T21:51:59","slug":"icc-mexico-advierte-que-la-reforma-a-la-ley-aduanera-podria-frenar-el-nearshoring","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/icc-mexico-advierte-que-la-reforma-a-la-ley-aduanera-podria-frenar-el-nearshoring\/","title":{"rendered":"<strong>ICC M\u00e9xico advierte que la reforma a la Ley Aduanera podr\u00eda frenar el nearshoring<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>International Chamber of Commerce M\u00e9xico (ICC M\u00e9xico)<\/strong> alert\u00f3 que la <strong>reforma a la Ley Aduanera<\/strong> propuesta por el Ejecutivo podr\u00eda frenar la competitividad del pa\u00eds y afectar el <strong>nearshoring<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo esto en un contexto donde el comercio exterior representa <strong>m\u00e1s del 36 % del PIB<\/strong>; y que genera <strong>una quinta parte del empleo formal<\/strong> y <strong>una cuarta parte de la recaudaci\u00f3n tributaria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El organismo reconoci\u00f3 que la iniciativa incluye avances en <strong>digitalizaci\u00f3n y control tecnol\u00f3gico<\/strong>; pero tambi\u00e9n  advirti\u00f3 que su dise\u00f1o actual plantea <strong>sobrerregulaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>duplicidad de requisitos<\/strong> y <strong>cargas excesivas<\/strong> para los agentes aduanales. Lo que podr\u00eda ralentizar operaciones y desalentar inversiones estrat\u00e9gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Riesgos para la inversi\u00f3n y la operaci\u00f3n aduanera<\/strong><br>Entre los puntos m\u00e1s sensibles, la ICC M\u00e9xico destac\u00f3 el aumento de <strong>costos y tiempos log\u00edsticos<\/strong>; as\u00ed como <strong>multas desproporcionadas<\/strong> que impactar\u00edan especialmente a <strong>peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas<\/strong>.
