Por su parte, el sector comercio concentrar\u00e1 el <strong>40,7% restante<\/strong>; alcanzando <strong>unos 45.100 empleos<\/strong>, con un <strong>crecimiento del 12,1%<\/strong> respecto a 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andr\u00e9s Men\u00e9ndez, director general de Trabajo Temporal de Randstad, destac\u00f3 que aunque el volumen general de contrataciones no crece, la campa\u00f1a sigue siendo clave para <strong>comercio, log\u00edstica y transporte<\/strong>. Explic\u00f3 que la <strong>menor capacidad de gasto de las familias<\/strong> y la reforma laboral han reducido la generaci\u00f3n de nuevos contratos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Distribuci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica de las contrataciones<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Catalunya<\/strong> lidera con <strong>19.680 contratos<\/strong>, seguida de <strong>Andaluc\u00eda<\/strong> con 18.680 y <strong>Comunidad de Madrid<\/strong> con 18.180; concentrando m\u00e1s de la mitad del empleo de la campa\u00f1a.
