El presidente <strong>Santiago Pe\u00f1a<\/strong> y el ministro de Industria y Comercio, <strong>Javier Gim\u00e9nez<\/strong>, visitaron en <strong>Mato Grosso do Sul, Brasil<\/strong>, la mayor planta de producci\u00f3n de celulosa de Am\u00e9rica, con el objetivo de replicar su modelo productivo y atraer inversiones al pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Log\u00edstica e infraestructura<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Gim\u00e9nez destac\u00f3 que la experiencia brasile\u00f1a confirma la estrategia paraguaya: fortalecer la <strong>hidrov\u00eda Paraguay-Paran\u00e1<\/strong>, mejorar infraestructura interna y facilitar la salida de productos industriales. La <strong>Ley 6090<\/strong>, que permite importar maquinaria sin impuestos, es un ejemplo de incentivo para atraer capital extranjero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Paraguay como polo forestal regional<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El plan del Ejecutivo apunta a posicionar al pa\u00eds como un <strong>polo forestal regional<\/strong>, capaz de generar empleo, exportaciones y encadenamientos industriales. La combinaci\u00f3n de <strong>incentivos fiscales, energ\u00eda renovable y acceso fluvial<\/strong> coloca a Paraguay en una posici\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica para captar inversi\u00f3n extranjera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Integraci\u00f3n regional y oportunidades<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La agenda incluy\u00f3 reuniones con la <strong>Federaci\u00f3n de Industrias del Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul (FIEMS)<\/strong>, donde se presentaron oportunidades de inversi\u00f3n. Gim\u00e9nez destac\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s de empresarios brasile\u00f1os por expandir operaciones hacia Paraguay, impulsados por la cercan\u00eda geogr\u00e1fica y la visi\u00f3n compartida de integraci\u00f3n regional basada en <strong>bioeconom\u00eda y log\u00edstica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Conectividad y desarrollo productivo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro resalt\u00f3 la importancia de la <strong>ruta bioce\u00e1nica<\/strong> y los proyectos energ\u00e9ticos conjuntos como ejes de industrializaci\u00f3n. \u201cParaguay busca integrar su matriz productiva con infraestructura moderna y acceso directo a los mercados del Atl\u00e1ntico y el Pac\u00edfico\u201d, indic\u00f3.
