asume la Presidencia de la CAN"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ecuador asumi\u00f3 la Presidencia Pro Tempore de la Comunidad Andina (CAN) para el per\u00edodo 2025-2026.<br>El traspaso ocurri\u00f3 en la <strong>LVII Reuni\u00f3n del Consejo Andino de Ministros de Relaciones Exteriores (CAMRE) Ampliado<\/strong>, realizada en Bogot\u00e1, Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La canciller ecuatoriana, Gabriela Sommerfeld, agradeci\u00f3 la labor de Colombia en el ciclo anterior y present\u00f3 la hoja de ruta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Prioridades de la nueva gesti\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ecuador enfocar\u00e1 su gesti\u00f3n en \u00e1reas como seguridad, integraci\u00f3n a\u00e9rea y energ\u00e9tica, seguridad alimentaria, inteligencia artificial y desarrollo sostenible.<br>Sommerfeld destac\u00f3 la necesidad de estrechar la cooperaci\u00f3n regional contra la delincuencia organizada y acelerar la puesta en marcha del Observatorio Subregional de Seguridad (OSSCAN).<br>Adem\u00e1s, se impulsar\u00e1 un mercado aeron\u00e1utico subregional unificado y la iniciativa del <strong>Cielo \u00danico Andino<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La viceministra de Comercio Exterior, Alexia Alc\u00edvar, agreg\u00f3 tres ejes: profundizaci\u00f3n del comercio intrarregional, integraci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, digital y energ\u00e9tica, y fortalecimiento del capital humano como base de la integraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Balance y avances recientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Colombia, al entregar la Presidencia, resalt\u00f3 avances en seguridad, medio ambiente, turismo e igualdad de g\u00e9nero durante su mandato.<br>Tambi\u00e9n se aprob\u00f3 la solicitud de Chile para iniciar su adhesi\u00f3n al <strong>Mercado Andino El\u00e9ctrico Regional<\/strong>, un paso clave para la interconexi\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Nuevos socios y acuerdos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En la reuni\u00f3n, China fue aceptada como <strong>Pa\u00eds Observador<\/strong> de la CAN, fortaleciendo el di\u00e1logo pol\u00edtico y la cooperaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica.<br>Actualmente, el pa\u00eds asi\u00e1tico es el principal destino de las exportaciones extracomunitarias andinas, con el 19,3% del total.<br>Los ministros aprobaron adem\u00e1s medidas sobre sanidad agropecuaria, conservaci\u00f3n de cultivos nativos y desarrollo estad\u00edstico regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estos acuerdos, la Comunidad Andina refuerza su papel como bloque regional din\u00e1mico, proyect\u00e1ndose hacia nuevos espacios de cooperaci\u00f3n internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
