El factor de ocupaci\u00f3n global fue de 85,5%, con una ca\u00edda de 0,4 puntos porcentuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La demanda internacional avanz\u00f3 5,3% interanual, mientras que la capacidad creci\u00f3 5,8% y el factor de ocupaci\u00f3n se ubic\u00f3 en 85,6%. En el mercado dom\u00e9stico, la demanda aument\u00f3 1,9% y la capacidad 2,4%, con un factor de ocupaci\u00f3n de 85,2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El director general de IATA, Willie Walsh, destac\u00f3 que \u201cha sido una buena temporada de verano en el hemisferio norte. Julio mostr\u00f3 un crecimiento del 4% en la demanda, con un repunte m\u00e1s notorio en los viajes internacionales, que pasaron de 3,9% en junio a 5,3% en julio. Adem\u00e1s, con un incremento del 2% en los vol\u00famenes de vuelos de septiembre, las aerol\u00edneas est\u00e1n en posici\u00f3n de aprovechar este impulso en los pr\u00f3ximos meses\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comportamiento regional<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Asia-Pac\u00edfico: +5,7% en demanda, factor de ocupaci\u00f3n 83,2%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Europa: +2,9% en demanda, factor de ocupaci\u00f3n 88,0%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Norteam\u00e9rica: +1,9% en demanda, factor de ocupaci\u00f3n 87,5%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Latinoam\u00e9rica: +7,2% en demanda, factor de ocupaci\u00f3n 85,7%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medio Oriente: +5,4% en demanda, factor de ocupaci\u00f3n 83,8%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c1frica: +3,9% en demanda, factor de ocupaci\u00f3n 75,1%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mercados dom\u00e9sticos<\/strong><br>Brasil fue nuevamente el m\u00e1s din\u00e1mico, con un crecimiento del 9,4% en la demanda y un factor de ocupaci\u00f3n de 85,8%. Jap\u00f3n alcanz\u00f3 un 81,4% de ocupaci\u00f3n, el nivel m\u00e1s alto registrado para un mes de julio desde el a\u00f1o 2000.
