Los cambios quedaron formalizados a trav\u00e9s de las resoluciones 33\/2025, 38\/2025 y 39\/2025, publicadas en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo marco normativo regula aspectos vinculados al practicaje, remolque, tarifas y dragado. El objetivo es reforzar la seguridad, la previsibilidad y la eficiencia en el principal corredor fluvial de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, la Resoluci\u00f3n 33\/2025 establece un proceso de regularizaci\u00f3n para los puertos que ya exist\u00edan antes de la entrada en vigencia de la Ley de Actividades Portuarias. La normativa los declara habilitados de manera precaria; y otorga a sus responsables un plazo de 180 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para tramitar la habilitaci\u00f3n definitiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, la Resoluci\u00f3n 38\/2025 aborda el \u00e1mbito interno de la ANPyN, al aprobar la estructura organizativa de tercer y cuarto nivel de la Gerencia de Asuntos Jur\u00eddicos. Con esta medida se busca una mayor operatividad institucional y un mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, la Resoluci\u00f3n 39\/2025 cumple un rol de correcci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica.
