{"id":63876,"date":"2025-08-14T12:37:26","date_gmt":"2025-08-14T15:37:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=63876"},"modified":"2025-08-14T12:37:33","modified_gmt":"2025-08-14T15:37:33","slug":"presentan-proyecto-para-nueva-terminal-multiproposito-en-el-puerto-de-montevideo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/presentan-proyecto-para-nueva-terminal-multiproposito-en-el-puerto-de-montevideo\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentan proyecto para nueva terminal multiprop\u00f3sito en el Puerto de Montevideo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La empresa <strong>Inversiones Portuarias Uruguayas S.A.<\/strong>, controlada por <strong>Neltume Ports<\/strong> \u2014grupo integrado por la chilena <em>Ultramar<\/em> (60%) y la canadiense <em>ATCO<\/em> (40%)\u2014, present\u00f3 ante la Presidencia de Uruguay y posteriormente a la <strong>Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Puertos (ANP)<\/strong> un proyecto para desarrollar una <strong>terminal multiprop\u00f3sito<\/strong> en el Puerto de Montevideo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el expediente ingresado, la iniciativa contempla la construcci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n en los <strong>muelles p\u00fablicos 8, 9, 10 y C<\/strong>, con capacidad para manipular carga a granel, general y contenedores. Actualmente, Montecon \u2014operador de Neltume Ports\u2014 presta servicios de carga, descarga y almacenaje de contenedores en las \u00e1reas p\u00fablicas del recinto portuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto se presenta en un contexto de disputa legal internacional. D\u00edas antes, <strong>Neltume Ports<\/strong> hab\u00eda avanzado en el arbitraje contra el Estado uruguayo ante el <strong>Centro Internacional de Arreglo de Diferencias Relativas a Inversiones (Ciadi)<\/strong>, reclamando <strong>USD 600 millones<\/strong> por la pr\u00f3rroga de la concesi\u00f3n a <strong>Terminal Cuenca del Plata (TCP)<\/strong>, controlada por <em>Katoen Natie<\/em> y con participaci\u00f3n estatal, que otorg\u00f3 prioridad de atraque a portacontenedores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tribunal arbitral qued\u00f3 conformado el 30 de julio, presidido por <strong>Alfredo Baullard<\/strong>, con <strong>Valeria Gal\u00edndez<\/strong> (por Neltume Ports) y <strong>Loretta Malintoppi<\/strong> (por el gobierno uruguayo) como co\u00e1rbitros.
