El principal objetivo del capital aportado es cancelar anticipadamente el pr\u00e9stamo de 475 millones concedido por la Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI) para enfrentar la pandemia. En mayo pasado, la compa\u00f1\u00eda liquid\u00f3 otro cr\u00e9dito de 150 millones del Instituto de Cr\u00e9dito Oficial (ICO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La estructura accionarial quedar\u00e1 con la familia Hidalgo\/Globalia como mayoritaria; y Turkish Airlines como nuevo socio con alrededor del 27% y IAG manteniendo su 20% adquirido previamente. Hidalgo afirm\u00f3 que no planea vender m\u00e1s acciones y calific\u00f3 a IAG y Turkish Airlines como \u201clos mejores socios que pudiera tener\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Din\u00e1mica en Barajas<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Este movimiento crea una din\u00e1mica in\u00e9dita en el Aeropuerto Madrid-Barajas; donde Air Europa competir\u00e1 con dos terminales y dos alianzas: Star Alliance con Turkish Airlines y SkyTeam con Air Europa. Esto posiciona a la alianza Hidalgo-THY como un competidor fortalecido frente a IAG e Iberia, pilares de Oneworld en Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s el acuerdo cierra seis a\u00f1os de negociaciones, tras intentos frustrados de IAG para adquirir Air Europa y el impacto de la pandemia; que gener\u00f3 p\u00e9rdidas estimadas en 1.400 millones para la aerol\u00ednea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se espera que las autorizaciones regulatorias se obtengan entre septiembre y noviembre; momento en que los fondos se destinar\u00e1n al pago a la SEPI.
