La medida busca impulsar la inversi\u00f3n privada, el agregado de valor nacional y las exportaciones del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el decreto 563\/2025, 41 de los productos corresponden a minerales para la construcci\u00f3n, cuyas exportaciones en 2024 sumaron USD 55 millones. Otros 54 son minerales no metal\u00edferos, con ventas externas por USD 61 millones. Adem\u00e1s, se incluyen 133 bienes de miner\u00eda metal\u00edfera, con exportaciones por USD 74 millones. La plata y el litio mantendr\u00e1n un arancel del 4,5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Productos beneficiados<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En el segmento de construcci\u00f3n figuran cales, cementos, m\u00e1rmoles, granito, caliza y piedra p\u00f3mez. Los no metal\u00edferos incluyen boratos, bentonitas, cuarzo, potasio, talco y arcilla. Entre los metal\u00edferos destacan hierro, cobre, plomo, zinc y ferroaleaciones. Tambi\u00e9n se incorporan piedras preciosas y la hulla, utilizada como combustible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Impacto en el sector<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ejecutivo considera que la medida tendr\u00e1 un impacto fiscal reducido y fomentar\u00e1 la competitividad. Actualmente, la miner\u00eda representa el 1,2% de la econom\u00eda argentina y es el quinto complejo exportador del pa\u00eds, seg\u00fan el Indec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las exportaciones mineras suponen el 6% de las ventas externas nacionales, aunque en provincias productoras como Jujuy, Santa Cruz, San Juan y Catamarca alcanzan en promedio el 80% de la canasta exportadora. En Salta, donde la actividad es m\u00e1s reciente, la participaci\u00f3n es cercana al 40%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta reducci\u00f3n impositiva, el Gobierno busca mejorar los precios percibidos por los productores, incentivar nuevas inversiones y ampliar la capacidad productiva.
