Estas obras est\u00e1n enfocadas en cerrar brechas de infraestructura y mejorar las condiciones urbanas, viales y de seguridad en el entorno del nuevo hub portuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 Mario R\u00edos, vocero de la ANIN, en el programa <em>Andina al D\u00eda<\/em>. \u201cTodos sabemos lo que este terminal significa para el pa\u00eds y para Sudam\u00e9rica. Es un punto estrat\u00e9gico de conexi\u00f3n comercial y de desarrollo nacional\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La terminal, vinculada a Cosco Shipping Ports, representa una oportunidad para impulsar la econom\u00eda peruana. No obstante, R\u00edos advirti\u00f3 que es necesario acompa\u00f1ar este crecimiento con inversiones en infraestructura. \u201cUna de las obras que ejecutaremos ser\u00e1 para modernizar las instalaciones de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Capitan\u00edas y Guardacostas (Dicapi), en apoyo a la Marina de Guerra del Per\u00fa\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Oportunidades<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, anunci\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de nuevas comisar\u00edas y mejoras en seguridad ciudadana, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Ministerio del Interior. Tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 un plan para reforzar las v\u00edas de acceso al puerto, incluyendo alternativas a la V\u00eda Panamericana, a fin de evitar congestionamientos provocados por el transporte de carga pesada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDebemos planificar el desarrollo urbano desde ahora. Esta tarea va a extenderse desde Chancay a todo el pa\u00eds\u201d, remarc\u00f3 R\u00edos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la gesti\u00f3n presupuestaria, la ANIN ejecut\u00f3 el 99,93\u202f% del presupuesto de inversiones en 2024, equivalente a USD 1.459 millones. Para el primer semestre de 2025, ya se ha ejecutado el 90\u202f% de los USD 809 millones asignados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En total, se han concluido 47 obras, incluyendo 34 instituciones educativas, 6 hospitales y 7 proyectos de prevenci\u00f3n de desastres.
