{"id":63381,"date":"2025-07-24T11:07:29","date_gmt":"2025-07-24T14:07:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/?p=63381"},"modified":"2025-07-24T11:07:39","modified_gmt":"2025-07-24T14:07:39","slug":"tensiones-por-el-basa-afectan-carga-aerea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/todologisticanews.com\/site\/tensiones-por-el-basa-afectan-carga-aerea\/","title":{"rendered":"Tensiones por el BASA afectan carga a\u00e9rea"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La negativa del <strong>Departamento de Transporte de Estados Unidos (DOT)<\/strong> a aceptar la propuesta de M\u00e9xico para modificar el <strong>Acuerdo Bilateral de Servicios A\u00e9reos (BASA)<\/strong> genera preocupaci\u00f3n en el sector aeron\u00e1utico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>C\u00e1mara Nacional de Aerotransportes (CANAERO)<\/strong> llam\u00f3 al di\u00e1logo t\u00e9cnico y a la cooperaci\u00f3n bilateral para preservar la conectividad y la competitividad del transporte a\u00e9reo de carga, clave en el comercio entre ambos pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>El origen del conflicto<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9xico busca desde 2023 ajustar esquemas operativos tras el <strong>cierre del AICM a la carga exclusiva<\/strong>; el cual fue ordenado por decreto presidencial. Las aerol\u00edneas cargueras fueron trasladadas al <strong>AIFA<\/strong> y, en algunos casos, al <strong>Aeropuerto de Toluca<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobierno mexicano argumenta que la medida alivia la saturaci\u00f3n del AICM y fomenta el desarrollo de infraestructura alterna. Sin embargo, el DOT considera que estas acciones afectan la equidad y transparencia del acuerdo bilateral; advirtiendo as\u00ed posibles restricciones rec\u00edprocas a aerol\u00edneas mexicanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Impacto econ\u00f3mico y log\u00edstico<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El transporte a\u00e9reo es esencial para sectores como <strong>electr\u00f3nica, farmac\u00e9utica, autopartes y moda r\u00e1pida<\/strong>. En 2023, el comercio bilateral por esta v\u00eda super\u00f3 <strong>USD 12.500 millones<\/strong>, y solo entre enero y mayo de 2024 M\u00e9xico export\u00f3 <strong>USD 5.600 millones<\/strong> por v\u00eda a\u00e9rea hacia EE.UU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s en t\u00e9rminos de participaci\u00f3n nacional:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>En 2022, el <strong>AICM<\/strong> concentraba el 70% de la carga a\u00e9rea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En 2023, el <strong>AIFA<\/strong> capt\u00f3 16% y Toluca 9%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para 2025, el AIFA podr\u00eda alcanzar entre 19% y 22% del total, seg\u00fan la CANAERO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pese a su crecimiento, el AIFA enfrenta desaf\u00edos en <strong>infraestructura, conectividad terrestre y procesos aduanales<\/strong>, lo que limita su potencial como hub log\u00edstico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Llamado al di\u00e1logo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La CANAERO tambi\u00e9n advirti\u00f3 sobre el \u201calto impacto\u201d de posibles restricciones bilaterales, pidiendo evitar decisiones unilaterales.
