(NCA) continuar\u00e1 operando el servicio ferroviario de cargas hasta diciembre de 2032; manteniendo as\u00ed obligaciones contractuales e incorporando inversiones estrat\u00e9gicas. Seg\u00fan el Gobierno, los trabajos estar\u00e1n orientados a mejorar la accesibilidad; y tambi\u00e9n capacidad operativa en puntos cr\u00edticos de la red.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las obras prioritarias destacan las proyectadas en accesos a puertos de la zona Gran Rosario. Estas son consideradas vitales para optimizar el flujo log\u00edstico; adem\u00e1s de fortalecer el v\u00ednculo ferroviario con las principales terminales portuarias del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Invitaci\u00f3n a otras operadoras privadas<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Transporte convoc\u00f3 a Ferrosur Roca S.A. y Ferroexpreso Pampeano S.A. a presentar propuestas para adecuar sus contratos. La medida se enmarca en la futura privatizaci\u00f3n de Belgrano Cargas y Log\u00edstica S.A., con el objetivo de extender el modelo de acceso abierto a todo el sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Fin del esquema transitorio<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno calific\u00f3 de fallido el esquema transitorio implementado en 2021; que dej\u00f3 a Trenes Argentinos Cargas con un sistema precario e inviable. La actual reorganizaci\u00f3n busca devolver previsibilidad jur\u00eddica y operativa al sector, favoreciendo la participaci\u00f3n privada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4>Hacia un sistema competitivo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La etapa de regularizaci\u00f3n se desarrolla bajo la declaraci\u00f3n de Emergencia Ferroviaria.
