As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 la Promotora del Comercio Exterior de Costa Rica (PROCOMER), destacando un aumento de USD 835 millones en comparaci\u00f3n interanual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sector de equipo de precisi\u00f3n y m\u00e9dico lider\u00f3 el crecimiento con un alza del 26%, equivalente a USD 740 millones adicionales. Este rubro se consolida como el principal motor exportador del pa\u00eds, impulsado por la inversi\u00f3n extranjera directa y el entorno favorable para negocios tecnol\u00f3gicos y de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sector agr\u00edcola, por su parte, registr\u00f3 una leve ca\u00edda del 1% debido a condiciones clim\u00e1ticas que afectaron cultivos clave como el banano y la pi\u00f1a. En contraste, la industria alimentaria creci\u00f3 2%, sumando USD 14 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otros sectores mostraron cifras positivas: qu\u00edmico farmac\u00e9utico (+7%), el\u00e9ctrica y electr\u00f3nica (+2%), metalmec\u00e1nica (+5%), pl\u00e1sticos (+2%) y pecuario y pesca (+7%). A nivel de productos, los mayores crecimientos se dieron en dispositivos m\u00e9dicos (+USD 750 millones), caf\u00e9 oro (+USD 65 millones), oro en bruto (+USD 32 millones), y aceite de palma (+USD 19 millones).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manuel Tovar, Ministro de Comercio Exterior, destac\u00f3 que las <strong>exportaciones de Costa Rica<\/strong> mantienen un ritmo de crecimiento s\u00f3lido, incluso en un contexto global desafiante. Por su parte, Laura L\u00f3pez, gerente general de PROCOMER, subray\u00f3 el aporte de empresas internacionales que invierten en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos geogr\u00e1ficos, las <strong>exportaciones de Costa Rica<\/strong> crecieron en Am\u00e9rica del Norte (+20%), Europa (+10%), Am\u00e9rica Central (+7%), el Caribe (+6%) y Asia (+3%).
